Bella Vista can take the heavy lifting off your plate, allowing you to enjoy the entire process, from the day you start planning, to the grand exit at your reception and anything in between. We do this based on our passion for all things wedding and will collaborate/communicate with our couples to make sure we stay in lock step throughout the entire process. Our team is honest, transparent, detail oriented and believe that quality matters, which sets us apart from other wedding planners.  

Full wedding planning

 This offering is for couples who have a vision for their wedding, but would like help from the beginning to end. This package takes all the stress off the couple, so that they can enjoy the entire process, from the day she says 'yes' to the minute of the grand exit.

Planning and coordination

This offering is an ideal option for organized couples who would prefer some professional guidance. This package includes everything within the Wedding Management package plus more involvement throughout the wedding planning process.

Wedding management

This offering, also known as 'Day Of', is for the couple that has planned the entire wedding, but would like professional planning assistance on their wedding day. With this package, couples can focus their 'Day Of' attention on the bridal/groom parties, their family and their guests.
